Here’s how it works…

  • 1. Let's pin point your goals!

    Through 1:1 sessions via zoom video call, you and I will discuss your current lifestyle and wellbeing as well as some current points of stress or dissatisfaction in your life. By taking a holistic approach, we’ll explore and discover how each aspect of your life is impacting your overall happiness and health. From here, we’ll formulate your goals and intentions for the program.

  • 2. Together we'll build a personalized plan

    We’ll then build an action based plan for you to put into practice in your every day life. My approach to sustainable change and goal achievement is by taking small yet impactful changes over time. Small habit changes are the secret to building your desired future. I’ll provide you with the space to learn, evolve, heal, and grow.

  • 3. Then you'll take action and and achieve your goals

    Once you feel the power of support and accountability, you will begin to take action like never before. We will meet on a bi-weekly basis for 3 months via zoom to discuss your struggles, wins, or any bumps in the road. I will also be following up with you through text to check in, cheer you on, and support you when needed.

What’s included?

Coaching

For 3 months we will meet, bi- weekly for 1 hour (via zoom). That’s 12 weeks of powerful self work! The program can be extended if you would like to continue working together!

Accountability

The power of commitment takes an entire new meaning when you have someone to keep you accountable for your actions. Each week I will be giving you action based recommendations followed by check-ins and follows up to see how you are progressing.
